Gujarat Govt Announces Digital Seva Setu Programme For Rural Areas

Services including ration card related services, such as caste certificate, senior citizen certificate, minority certificate, widow certificate will now be available only from the service center / gram panchayat office of the gram panchayat.

The power to affidavit for various services will now be given to the notary-taluka magistrate as well as the talati minister of the gram panchayat. Gujarat's huge optical fiber network will revolutionize the provision of digital government services in rural areas.

The development of villages is really development. Then a commendable step has been taken by the Gujarat government. 7692 gram panchayats of 23 districts are covered.

• Starting today, digital services will be available in villages

The biggest news for people living in rural areas has come across. The state government will launch the digital service bridge program today. cm Rupani has inaugurated this service.

The fee for getting the certificate will be Rs.20
From now on, you don't have to go to the offices for the required documents. An online service for documents will be launched. People will get service at Gram Panchayat level. Services like Ration Card, Criminal Certificate, Affidavit will be available. Adding a name to the ration card, you will get a name removal service. Income sample can be obtained from Gram Panchayat. The fee for getting the certificate will be Rs.20

Covered 7692 gram panchayats of 23 districts
No need to go to the notary for affidavit.  A total of 22 services will be available in the villages. From today, 22 services will be available in 2 thousand panchayats. By December 2020, 8,000 villages will be covered. The state has 32,961  Kilometer of underground optical fiber network ready. 7692 gram panchayats of 23 districts are covered.

➢He also initiated a new initiative of digital transformation by the state science & technology department by connecting gram panchayats with fiber network & launching a new approach of digital service bridge under Bharat Net project. The system has evolved. Gujarat has developed this system in the whole country & India has been leading in the country in Net Phase-2.

Internet facility of 100 MBPS speed to 7692 gram panchayats
➢Connections will be provided through optical fiber network to make 100 MBPS high speed internet easily available in the villages of the state. So far 7692 gram panchayats of 23 districts have been covered by 32961 kilometer  underground optical fiber network. Not only that, every gram panchayat is connected to the state data center. The Chief Minister has adopted the innovative concept of making the village a mini secretariat in this digital service bridge.

E-Sign will allow people to keep certificates in their mobile phones
➢Vijay Rupani also took the approach of approving services through e-sign instead of physical sign in future so that even the common man of the village can get the certificate of services he needs at any time, anywhere or anywhere in his mobile phone. Is. As a result, once the services are approved, they will be available directly in the person's Digi Locker. By integrating these entire services with other departments in the future, DG Locker can be made a more capable platform under this digital service bridge.

Gujarat Rural Areas Digital Revolutionary New Stairs & 8 October 22 services

Chief Minister Mr. Vijay Rupani has decided to start Digital Seva Setu Program in rural areas of the state to ensure optimum utilisation of technology for public welfare. Under this, citizens will be able to reap benefits of various public welfare services of rural areas at the Panchayat level itself. Citizens can get various documents like duplicate ration card, income certificate, senior citizen certificate, caste certificate etc. at their doorstep

The Digital Seva Setu is also a step towards fulfilling the vision and mission of Digital India of Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi. The Digital Seva Setu has been initiated under the BharatNet Project- an initiative to connect the Village Panchayats through fibre network. Gujarat has been a leader in Phase-2 of the BharatNet project. 

Villages of Gujarat will be connected with a 100 MBPS optical fibre network under the Digital Seva Setu. The aim is to make every village a Mini Sachivalay

The Phase-1 of Digital Seva Setu will start from 8th October, 2020 in 2000 Village Panchayats and provide 20 types of pro-people services. Another 8 thousand Village Panchayats will be covered by December 2020. Citizens will be able to reap benefits of this program by paying a nominal fee of Rs.20. 

The Seva Setu program was started by the Chief Minister in 2016. A cluster of 8-10 villages was made and a team of officers administered the Seva Setu camp of a particular cluster. People were provided on-spot solutions under this. More than 12,800 programs were successfully completed and more than 2 crore people reaped benefits of the Chief Minister’s initiative to provide Governance at the Doorstep of common people

Under the provision of Article-3 of Oaths Act-1969, the government will provide powers of affidavit to the Talati cum Minister at the Village Panchayat level so that people in rural areas do not have to visit the notary offices in towns and cities

The Chief Minister has also decided to use E-sign rather than physical signatures. Under this, the concerned person can avail the necessary documents at the click of a button in his/her mobile phone and the documents will be made available in DigiLocker

22 Services Were Made Online Of The Rural People Of Gujarat

 The rural people of Gujarat do not have to go to government offices frequently, 22 services were made online

An affidavit regarding this service can be made to Talati. You no longer need to go to a notary for that. The state government has decided to give Talati the power of affidavit for these service 

The Gujarat Government is going to launch a digital service bridge in the program. The aim is to simplify government work in this direction. Digital service bridge program will be started in 2700 villages out of 3500 villages of Gujarat and in 167 talukas. The service, which will start on October 8, will cover 8000 villages by December and will make 22 services digitally available. These 22 services include ration card, widow certificate, proof of temporary residence, proof of income.

22 Services were made online :

Regarding this, Chief Minister Vijay Rupani said that an affidavit regarding this service can be made to Talati. You no longer need to go to a notary for that. The state government has decided to give the power of affidavit to Talati for these services. 3500 villages are to be placed on this platform, though 2700 villages have been included due to by-election work. Gujarat will be the only and first state in India to provide such service. 14000 gram panchayats will be phased out. All gram panchayats will be covered by next year. This is a total project Rs 2,000 crore, in which 90 per cent of the cost is borne by the central government, and 10 per cent by the state government.

At the time of making this announcement, Chief Minister Vijay Rupani has claimed that the least corruption is in Gujarat. He said that while Gujarat has got a weapon like digital service bridge to reduce corruption, corruption will be reduced in the coming days.

In remote rural areas of the state, it has been decided to start an innovative experiment of digital service bridge in the state using modern technology so that the public interest services of various departments of the government are available from the village level to the gram panchayat itself. Rural citizens do not have to rush to the taluka-district headquarters for day-today services or certificates, for example, time and round-trip vehicle rental costs are saved as well as a variety of services at the primary stage with prices that do not go wrong. It has been decided to start in 2 thousand gram panchayats from next 5th October by covering Sevasetu. it is decided to cover more than 6000 gram panachayats in this digital service bridge by December 2020.

The most important thing in the digital service bridge is that connections will be provided through optical fiber network so that high speed internet of 100 MBPS is easily available in the villages of the state.

So far, 42 km panchayats of 27 districts have been covered  by 31 km underground optical fiber networ.

Not only that, every gram panchayat is connected to the state data center. Thus, innovative concepts of making the villages of Gujarat a mini secretariat has been adopted in this digital service bridge.

From now on, services like registration, enrollment or correction or getting duplicate ration card, income proof, senior citizen sample, criminal certificate, caste certificate only from the service center of gram panchayat service from gram panchayat office. You will get a nominal fee of Rs.

It has also made a radical decision that rural citizens do not have to go to the taluka level or town notary in the town for affidavits for such instances.

On the birthday of Prime Minister Narendra Modi on September 17, the Mukhyamantri Mahila Utkarsh Yojna will be presented to the mother power of the state.
1 Lakh Women Group Of The State Will Get The Benefit
Let me tell you, this decision will open a new path of self-reliance of women power-mothers and sisters in the changed economic and social lifestyle after corona. A total of 10 lakh mothers and sisters from 1 lakh women's groups in the state will be able to avail the benefits of Mukhyamantri Mahila Utkarsh Yojna.
Up to Rs. 1,000 crore will be provided to women's groups
Under this scheme, a total of up to Rs. 1000 crore will be provided to women's groups. The interest on the bank loan will be borne by the state government and the stamp duty required for the loan will be waived. Rs. Loans of Rs 1 lakh will be available from government, cooperative, private banks, RBI approved lending institutions.
